Enkel frokost.Hyggelig betjening. Liten takterasse med god utsikt over byen. Beliggenheten er bra, kort vei til det meste. Vi er veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold der😃 Det er ikke heis der og det ligger i tredje etasje så det er greit å være god til beins😉

Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Ausblick auf den Dom und die Dächer von Florenz. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Parkgarage ist in ca 2 min. Gehzeit gelegen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die faszinierende Stadt zu erkunden.

The staff is nice and helpful, and the rooms were always clean and cared for with a nice AC. The breakfast is sufficient and its pretty central to the inner city.🤗 Only bad thing was that the bathroom got very hot, since there was no way to open a window in there or put shutters down. Otherwise perfekt.🌟 Important to know: Its in an old building without a lift at the very top floor, have to walk about 6 staircases and not really good for people with a walking problem

Localização do hotel é  perfeita, 10 min a pé da estação de trem, da pra fazer todos pontos turísticos a pé, quarto sempre limpo e arrumado, banheiro perfeito, porém se encontra no 3° sem elevador, mas já esperado tratando de uma região de prédios históricos  e antigos, o rapaz  da equipe desceu pra ajudar com as malas, falando na equipe são ótimos, simpáticos, prestativos

Perci y Pilar súper amables y dispuestos a colaborar en lo que necesites. Las habitaciones muy limpias. Las personas con alguna limitación de movilidad consideren que el hotel queda en el tercer piso, pero si no tienes esa limitación todo funciona muy bien.

 7,0Verificata ☺Ottima la posizione, vicino alla Stazione di Santa Maria novella, e alla Galleria dell'accademia. Gli altri posti di interesse si raggiungono tutti in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Gentile lo staff. Colazione buona ☹Struttura che ad un primo impatto sembra presentarsi bene ma che presenta alcune problematiche che non vengono bene specificate nella descrizione. Innanzi tutto si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. La ns camera, la numero 1, era piccola ma tutto sommato più che accettabile. Non posso dire però la stessa cosa del bagno. Minuscolo!!! Noi siamo persone magre, non oso immaginare come faccia a passare una persona più robusta. Hanno fatto stare tutti i sanitari in uno sgabuzzino. La camera era pulita ma lasciata un pò andare. Mi è rimasto in mano il coperchio del water, le due porticine della doccia sono ormai scardinate e lasciano passare l'acqua da sotto allagando ogni volta il pavimento.  La piccolissima terrazzina con vista ( molto bella), può essere solo apprezzata solo da persone ginniche e magre. Per accedervi bisogna utilizzare una scaletta a chiocciola molto stretta, quasi claustrofobica. Insomma struttura consigliata a persone giovani e dinamiche.
